Order Fulfillment & Processing

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment verification (operating Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays).

Please note that order processing time is separate from courier shipping duration. During promotional events, peak shopping periods, or inventory reviews, handling times may require slight extensions.

As soon as your package leaves our facility, an automated dispatch notice with relevant tracking details will be emailed to your account.

This estimated timeline does not include the standard 1–3 business days required for order preparation. Actual delivery speed may vary depending on local carrier schedules, destination distance, customs processing, and weather events. All shipping estimates serve as reasonable guidelines rather than guaranteed dates.

Shipping Options and Rates

Applicable shipping methods and associated costs will be automatically calculated and shown during checkout, based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. Any free shipping promotions will also be clearly indicated prior to order completion.

Safe Packaging for Water Toys

To protect inflatable items, plastic components, and electronic water play features from pressure or friction during transportation, we utilize durable outer boxes, protective wrapping, and internal cushioning.

We recommend unboxing your package carefully upon delivery and keeping original packing materials until you have thoroughly inspected your items.

Package Tracking

A tracking reference and monitoring link will be provided via email immediately after shipment. Please allow a short period for the logistics system to display initial carrier scans after label creation.

Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for submitting full and correct delivery addresses at checkout. If you spot an error, please reach out to us right away. While we try our best to update information before dispatch, modifications cannot be made once an order enters processing or shipment. Additional reshipment fees may apply for returned parcels due to incorrect address details.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For cross-border shipments, orders may be subject to local customs clearance, import tariffs, or handling fees determined by the destination country's authorities. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your water toys arrive damaged, leaking, or defective due to transit conditions, please contact our support desk immediately.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order reference number
• Clear photos showing the damage or flaw on the product
• Photos of the internal protective packaging and outer box
• A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the parcel

Please retain all damaged goods and packaging materials while our team conducts a review for replacement or refund processing.

Multiple Shipments

For safety or warehouse allocation purposes, orders with multiple items may occasionally be split into separate packages (for example, inflatable play centers and small bath toys sent separately). Each package will have its own tracking code, and no extra delivery charges will be incurred.
